Coach Eddie has been a Certified Personal Trainer for 10 years. Eddie went to the University of FL where he studied Exercise Science. His passion for fitness and health stemmed at a young age and continues to be a huge part of his life! Eddie's positive attitude and energy is what separates him from the rest!

Coach Kyle: Kyle has been a Certified Personal Trainer for 8 years. He graduated from SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science/Kinesiology and an Associates in Sports Management. His fitness philosophy is: "Progress not Perfection".

1Team Fitness is an all-inclusive ultimate fitness retreat. We believe going on vacation should be healthy, fit and fun!  We live  by the notion that in order to make fitness a lifestyle, it should be fun, exciting, and practiced every day!!  Our trainers and staff on board are hand picked to fit the 1TF mold of health-conscious and caring.  Through our hundreds of applicants, we picked only the best trainers that care about your success just as much as you do!  They know what it takes to obtain high fitness goals, because they have been there and done that themselves!

We know that meeting and accomplishing some fitness goals can be a long, challenging road. With our elite trainers and staff, we are here to help you obtain those goals as quickly as possible and are we with you every step of the way!
