Our Half Day Fitness Exploration Takes You On A Historic Fitness Journey!
We start on the beach literally, with a beach boot camp style class on the nations no. 3 beach. Let the ocean breeze cool you off and the sounds of the waves crashing ease your mind as we take you through an individualized fitness level workout to start your day. From there we walk/jog the new Bayway Bridge and take in all the amazing views it has to offer…on the other side awaits one of St. Pete Beaches best yoga studios where we relax and find our inner Zen. After a rejuvenating yoga class we take a short drive to Fort De Soto State Park where we visit the actual historic Fort for a short history lesson (and stair cardio climb :)) followed by some kayaking/paddle boarding through the groves with our dolphin and manatee friends! Whether you’re from the area or from out of town, our half day fitness tour is a great experience for anyone looking to have some fitness fun and do a little sight seeing while they’re at it!
8:00-9:00: St. Pete Beach Fitness
9:15-10:00: Bay Bridge Walk/Jog
10:00-11:00: Yoga or Biking
11:15-11:30: Fort De Soto Stair Climb
11:45-12:45: Kayak/Paddle Board Through The Groves
